5 Ways Of Training Chest Barbell

Bench Press

This is an exercise that is basically done of a bench. If your want to do this exercise then what you will have to do is that you will have to widen your hands on the bench and grip the bars to balance your body. Then you will have to balance your legs keeping them in a proper straight position. The last thing to do here is to do crunches going up and down on the bench. This is one of the common chest barbell training which is done all over the world.

Incline Bench Press

Here this is another style of chest barbell training where the only work to the individual is to get the bench tilted up to a certain extent and then exercise on it by lifting it up. Here you will also have to balance your body keeping your arms stretched more then your body. Only thing here is that you won’t have to sit on the bench.

Cable Intersect

Here cable intersect comes in picture. First of all you will have to see that your both hands are kept in between the cable intersect. Then the next thing is you will have to pull yourself up on the cable keeping in mind that your chest reaches the cable.

Using the Cable and the Bench

Here in the chest barbell training it is the same as it was above with a little difference. You are using both the cable and the bench for the proper growth of the chest. You will have lie down on the bench and then the next thing is that you will have to see that the cable is placed in both hands properly.

Using Bench and Exercing

In this type of chest barbell training where a bench is used. The only thing is that you will have to decline your bench for that exercise.
